What the service processes

Timer sessions contain titles, durations, display choices and messages entered by their organizers. Browser storage can remember preferences and local templates. Network logs can contain IP addresses and request times needed to operate and protect the service.

When account services are enabled, we process verified email addresses, sign-in challenges, session identifiers, account-linked templates, sharing permissions, payment-provider identifiers and subscription status to authenticate users and provide purchased features.

Protection and payments

The prepared account system stores email addresses and purchase proofs encrypted, and stores sign-in challenges and session identifiers as protected hashes. Website connections use HTTPS. Our app server does not collect or store complete payment-card details.

Paddle processes web payments and buyer information under its own privacy notice and buyer terms. Mobile purchases, when available, are processed by their respective stores. Mail delivery providers process the information needed to send requested sign-in codes or respond to support requests.

Deletion and retention

Account deletion removes the email identity, active sessions, cloud templates and team-library access. Minimal pseudonymous purchase records may remain for refund handling, replay protection and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Account deletion does not cancel provider billing. Sign-in codes are valid for 10 minutes and account sessions expire within 30 days. Account identity and cloud data are kept while the account is used, until deletion is requested. Purchase records are retained only for continuing subscription ownership, refunds, security and applicable recordkeeping purposes; contact us to request the retention criteria for your records.

Your choices

Keep organizer links private, avoid entering unnecessary personal information in shared messages, and use the account controls or contact us to request access, correction or deletion assistance. We will explain any records that must be retained.

Before your first session

Is it free to use?

The iPhone, iPad, Android and web versions are free to use. The current free app has no signup, advertising or payment features.

How do participants connect?

Create a session and use the participant invitation to share a QR code or viewer link. Participants can open the same session on an internet-connected TV browser, tablet or phone. Keep the controller link private.

What can I do with the timer?

Set an agenda and durations, start or pause, move to the next stage and adjust time. Choose track, bar or dot graphics, themes, landscape or portrait full-screen views, and participant notices. Session templates and notice history are stored on the device you use.

What about mobile apps and languages?

Download free for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, or for Android on Google Play. You can also use the web version without installing an app. Both the app and web version support Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Italian, German and French. Availability depends on your store country or region.
